If you submit an appointment request through this site, you provide your name, phone number, location, service, preferred date and time, and any notes you add. The form asks for your consent to let Uri contact you about the request.

Requests are sent only when website booking is enabled. Data may be passed to a notification service for handling the request; Uri must approve retention details before this feature is enabled.

This site loads Google Maps and links to Facebook. Those services may process technical data under their own privacy policies.
